 Online Returns

Muma World offers returns on all items, excluding swimwear, sale or event items. For returns to be considered, they must be posted within 7 days from delivery confirmation. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

The cost of postage will be covered if your order is faulty, though must be paid by the customer for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction.

Returns are paid by the customer and if the garment is faulty, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
 

Returns

Please note, that local post services can take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. At that point of processing, we will confirm its arrival, and your refund, exchange, or store credit will be applied. 

Please note we don't accept returns on swim.

 

Exchanges

 

We aren't currently offering exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please email hello@muma.world to request a refund and credit.
Please note we won't be accepting exchanges on swim.
